Not as advertised. Tv did not work, no access to microwave or kettle/ tea coffee facilities, no towels, room floor had crumbs and bits of paper on it-had definitely not been cleaned, bathroom floor and shower were filthy, no shower curtain/ screen. Room smelt damp. Blind on window could not be raised, toilet seat was wonky

Convenient location, even though it was bit hard to find the place at first. Nice big rooms. There was no mugs and no tea bags in tea containers. Someone started to knock on our door at 2 am... bit terrifying.

The room is very dirty, the sheets are unchanged, there is urine everywhere in the bathroom, I don't need to talk about the heat and hot water anymore. When I told the owner about these problems, I was threatened with blocking my doors, and I had to leave

STAY AWAY!!!!

RIP OFF!!! Reserved for 3 nights. Missed my flight. Emailed them I would be there the next day. When I arrived, they said that because I did not show up the first night, my reservation was cancelled with NO REFUND. Not even a sign on the hotel. Down an alley way. No way to contact owners. Only way I got the info above was that someone who was coming into the 'hotel' knew a contact number, called that number and got this message.

Before midnight we send you a messages,after midnight we send you a messages that you not arrived,at 03:in the morning finally you reply after we cancelled,so who fault it’s ? And why you arrive after 2 days if you know it’s Wass cancelled ? Did you read at our policy that you must reply to the hotel and contact us 24h before arrival? Did you know that if we have staff till midnight it’s the reason you get low prices ? Did you know that our staff go to their children after midnight? And will not stand in front off the door on the street to the guest that even not reply ? Kind regards

The worse Orbitz experience!!! And after requesting a refund for such dirty hole, Orbitz tells me they're holding to the policy! What policy, to be forced to sleep into an unsafe, noisy and dirty place?!

Terrible place. This is a copy of the message I sent to the contact number I was given. Needless to say, I did not get a reply.... Very annoyed to say the least. I stayed only 1 night. Hello, Unfortunately I cannot stay in this room another night. It falls well below my expectations in every sense. Nothing works. I have listed my observations below 1) The power sockets on the wall don't work. 2) The TV doesn't work (no service) 3) I could only just fit in the shower and I had to do that sideways in. 4) The bed sheet was obviously not changed from the previous guest. 5) There was no duvet cover. 6) The duvet itself was too thin. 7) The room curtain was broken. 8) No wardrobe or clothes hanging space. 9) The room is much too small to be a comfortable space. There are only 2 redeeming features, the WiFi and the air contitioning. I emailed the hotel a few weeks ago asking if there was a mini fridge and tea/coffe making facilities in the room and was assured there was but there weren't. The room I was given is in a terribly bad state which seriously needs to be addressed but I'll go as far as to say the whole building is tatty and shabby. I have therefore checked out. I have left the key card on the table in the room. I do not expect a refund nor can I make a glowing review. All I can say is that I won't be reccomending anyone stay there. Kindest regards Ken. Still not had a reply.
