We were there for a softball tournament. The weather was bad and they were considering canceling the tournament. I made reservations for us and our in-laws. They went to the other Baymont in town accidentally. The staff there explained that due to the weather, they were giving refunds. This location charged my card as soon as they could. I used my card to hold the rooms but we were to pay at the property so the in-laws were going to pay for their own room but instead, I was charged for both. The clerk told them they should never allow anyone to make their reservation which was none of his business. The girl that checked us in did ask what floor we wanted and was efficient but seemed to be in a hurry to take care of me so she could go back and talk with her visitors.
They could also provide more linens. The king bed had 4 small squares for pillows and they only provided 2 small bath towels.
It was an OK stay but not somewhere I would stay again if I had a choice nor would I recommend it to my friends.

CLEAN FOR THE MOST PART, BUT HAD WIERD PILLOWS. VERY NOISY NEIGHBORS ABOVE AND THEY WERE USING LEAF BLOWER RIGHT OUTSIDE DOOR FOR 15MIN IN MORNING AFTER LONG NIGHT. ALSO NOT IN SAFEST LOCATION IF TRAVELING AT NIGHT, VERY GHETTO.

Clean simple property. Had everything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing! I appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, nice stay for a motel.
