This may have been nice years ago, but it needs a ton of maintenance now. The amount of mold in the bathroom was the kicker. I would have found another place after we walked in if I had had that option.

Flat 203 was a little run down, and hadn't been cleaned well - there was congealed food on the tables and chewing gum stuck to the bathroom tiles, along with a weird smell from the dishwasher which meant we hand-washed all weekend. We also saw a mouse run around the living room, so we had to keep all food secured inside the fridge. The living room is huge and the sofa and bed are comfortable.

Warning!

We were bitterly disappointed with this accommodation! We booked it for the self contained features, elevator and washing machine as we were on a family vacay. Firstly the elevator was broken. Secondly their were no forks. Thirdly, the lock to the patio was broken which meant the property could easily be accessed by others. We contacted management before arrival and they never got back to us by email and you couldnt access them by phone. I waited on hold for over an hour before being hung up on. None of the issues were rectified. The apartment is spacious and lovely, but these problems negatively affected out stay. Lastly the stairs to the loft are very narrow and treacherous - so be careful!

Poor maintenance

The flat was large and somewhat comfortable but the maintenance was lacking. The stovetop was not functioning which was a huge problem as the point of having a flat with a kitchen is being able to cook. There were no light switches and all the lights had to be turned off and on from a breaker box in a closet. When we arrived the internet was not functioning as well. We alerted them to the problems but were told they would not be able to get to them. Extremely disappointing customer service and quality control.

Pros: Location. Space. Easy checkin
Cons: Stairs need to be child safe
Very nice flat but not the one from the website. From floor plan that looks like Monnaie 301. Still an excellent flat but stairs were missing handrails so wasn't very child friendly

Not ideal for business travel

Lots of space and great location but (unlike other smartflats) smelly old bathroom, blocked sinks, no dishwasher and no wine glasses. No follow up from the team to any of the mentioned. Not ideal for a short term business stay.

Great apartment, but construction is noisy

It's a good place, and a great location since it's located in the heart of Brussels, the only issue is that there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood, so past 6:30 AM there is no way to stay asleep without ear plugs.

If in a wheelchair check with them that lift works

Unfortunately didn't get to stay here as the stair entry lift has never worked and there was no key available so when booking a wheelchair accessible apartment something they might have checked before our arrival at 7.30pm at night. Then spent the next 2 hours trying to sort out and find other accomodation. I was able to view the apartment it looked great just a shame we couldn't get to it
