I was very dissatisfied why my stay with Smart flats. They do respond to the issues you report, but they do not fix them. The elevator was not working and I of course was on the 6th floor! I reported there was no remote for the TV but never got one. I reported no shampoo dispenser, but they never fix it. They of course respond to my reports, but nothing gets done.

WiFi and TV didn’t work. We let them know and while they were very responsive, they didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue. Some of the furniture was visibly worn and dirty. Water temp was very inconsistent.

The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. The lounge in the sitting room - a fold out bed - was too uncomfortable to be used. Worst, the stair rail in the dimly-lit entry hall had come away from the wall, so was dangerous.

There was no hot water, exposed wiring, holes in the walls, etc. It was unfit to stay in and because the property staff refused to assist, we were for ced to stay somewhere else and now they are refusing to refund our money! They state we did not return the key, howevert I have a video of us placing the key in the lock box when we left! I also have pictures and videos to show all of the issues! Terrible, Terrible vendo that Expedia should DROP if they want to keep customers!

Not good , we had issues with the sofa coach which was broken and could not use. The WhatsApp support failed to respond. The hairdryer was not working. It was super hot inside no fans or air conditioning

What a disappointment. The negatives: we stayed in apt 103 not that we were given a choice anyway. Entry way is dirty and dark and scary looking. Toilets flush poorly, fridge & coffee maker were broken (they had a backup fridge but it was so small), no wifi, tv did not work, instructions do not match appliances, couch is old, not comfortsble and raggedy; shower is poor-shower door does not stay closed, (we called to contact someone and they kept telling us to connect to the wifi…that still did not work). Thankfully someone came next day to assist w/ tv (but couldn’t fix it). super echo in kitchen; felt like in a vast hall. Need more bed pillows. There is a pool of stagnant water that sits out the kitchen window (mosquitoe playground!) Positives: clean, codes to get in worked well. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels & toilet tissue. Oven worked well and it was quiet. Too many negatives to be pleased. We sadly won’t return.

Liked that they had 1 1/2 baths. Location was fine. Not too bad to get to train station. Had lots of negatives. Needed updating. Furniture poor, bathtub scratched and looked dirty. Fridges and a/c we’re not working. Lots of stairs we were not expecting. Stairway railing in hallway was falling out of wall. Would not recommend. Wasn’t horrible but not good either.

The place itself was nice and in a great location. However the communication was terrible until after I called Expedia who also called them with no answer. They were finally able to get me an email to try. The shower was head was broken, water barely came out and when it did it was cold water.
