建物は年季が入っているようで廊下の天井が剥がれていたり水漏れしていたりしました。 一方で掃除は行き届いていて、部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 街の中心部からも近いためお店や駅へのアクセスも良いです。

Good location. Staff attitude is ok but not very helpful. Property facilities condition very questionable. The safety deposit box and telephone in our room were broken, reported to staff but still not fixed in our 3 days of stay.

Nice room with everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially reception. Only negative is location, not the best part of town.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The hotel is close to everything and convenient. I would recommend and stay here again

Kind reception, pretty good location, breakfast wasn't too bad. The room we got was in the basement with a tiny window and a huge pillar in the middle. TV was on adjacent wall rather than opposite to bed which was very diffcult to watch in the evening, addtionally no streaming services available. Booked a room with queen size bed, good two twin put together with two separate mattresses and a small topper which made it very uncomfortable in the middle. I get that 'every room is different' but I payed the same price so would expect same level of comfort and amenities

Although it is a 5-minute walk from a major posh shopping street, the immediate surrounding area is a little creepy after dark (dirty, dark, graffiti- and trash-covered). However, the hotel itself is bright and safe and clean. I didn’t interact much with staff but although a few were brusque, most of them (especially those late at night) were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and generous. The room I was in was compact but well appointed and perfect for my needs since I don’t expect or want frills. I ask for a comfortable bed with clean bedding, functioning and clean plumbing, and a sense of security. I got that. Once I got used to the street, I was very happy with my choice and will likely return the next time I am in the city.
