Most of the facilities in the hotel was closed including the reception desk. No house keeping service until we checked out. TV was not functional !

Good morning sorry for this experience we had some issues with staff management but for now this problem is solved. At the same time there were issues with the TV as well, but now everything is up and running. Kind regards, Jana, Guest Relations.
