Website is misleading, you have to pay to use the "kitchen" - Microwave is all we really needed. "Double" rooms mean bed plus kitchen, I took it as 2 beds. The lights don't work in bathroom at the sink. Only provided 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 1/2 days and gave us 1 water bottle. No kleenex or paper towels to use. AC was not working, it blew out some air but did not chill the room down. The water ran out of the bathroom when taking a shower, we had no extra towels to clean it up, we put a dish cloth down so we didn't step in it. Staff was very nice. Garage hallway reeked. For the short time, we made it work as we were not there much.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was bus and train stations nearby

This has to be the worst experience we’ve ever had. First thing we see as we go up the elevator to go to our room when the door opens it’s completely dark no lights at all like in a horror movie, as you walk the lights turn barely on and flickering it was insane I never thought a hotel would be like that and I wish we could upload video to show how it looks nothing like the pictures everything is peeling and lots of weird stains on the floor, the bed sheets had crumbs and who knows what else, the bathtub was nasty they could’ve at least removed the mildew from the corners before having guests stay in there. Not to mention an alarm starting ringing in the middle of a the day with no warning or announcements to us when we checked in. At night we kept hearing very weird noises and footsteps at 3am in the morning along with a woman screaming at 12pm. We opened the door at night to get food and it’s pitch black, we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. That area of the city is not safe which is my fault I should’ve done more research. They would not give us our money back so we left the next day that’s how bad it was, their post is so deceitful, the hotel looks nothing how it looks and the reviews are fake obviously. The only night I stayed the only thing I can say if you don’t care about the horrible hotel is the bed was very comfortable that’s it.

It was horrible, I asked for room service they lady told me they don't do it until I check out unless I call the front desk and I'd have to pay. No extra toilet papers, no extra towels. I was there for 4 nights and I cooked but the trash was still in my room for the whole time I was there. I never had that kind of experience before in any hotels I've been

Good choice for short stay and modest price

not the fanciest hotel, but good for the price. Good connection to Metro and to the Airport. Very generous size of room. The only small minus is dated furniture and dust in wardrobes. We are overall are satisfied with our stay.

The room was dirty with hair all over, in the bathroom and on the sheets. Reserved the room for two people and check in as such but they gave only one bath-towel. The kitchenette was closed off. There was stain of food and other unidentifiable substances on the walls and curtains. On the plus side, the facility is far from downtown but easily accessible through public transportation. The breakfast is OK for the price but could been better. The fried eggs were cold. The breakfast host lady who was working there is super nice and extremely helpful despite language barrier issues. The reception was basic business transaction. The receptionists (two male who are there only at certain hours) were barricaded behind glass windows makes it feel like a high security facility! Carpets in the hallway were dirty also. The whole building looks like it needs some refreshing!
