Great central location to the Louise tram and Metro Stop, making it convenient to travel throughout the City. A few sketchy areas immediately nearby to avoid at night (during the day there were plenty of people around and it was fine). Nice being here in June when sun sets around 10.
Apartment was as expected, but bed was little lumpy and just needed getting used to.
Staff was very helpful with directions to nearby essentials. Grocery store is just around the corner on the same block. Would stay there again.

Travelled with kids & a good place to stay with spacious rooms and kitchenette. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants & transit. Overall good and will come back.

There was a lot of street noise, so if that is bothersome to you then this place might not work. It was perfectly located for transportation and sights! The beds were clean and comfy, but we could have done without the black mold on the shower ceiling. The person who checked us in was a bit surly as well, but everyone else at the hotel was lovely!

The lobby & breakfast area were beautiful and the hotel was close to transit. We liked the room and the kitchenette, and the choice machine in the lobby made nice coffees. Close to a little grocery store & restaurants too.
We weren't given any information about breakfast so had to ask later. It was quite noisy, and a fire alarm went off in the evening. We went down to the lobby where many had gathered but there was no information announced. After a few minutes we overheard that it was a false alarm (someone was cooking & burnt their food) so we had to ask a staff for clarification.
