Air conditioner not working, offered a fan. No other room available in to hotel to move to. Need to have air conditioning working for the price of the room.

I injured myself on the revolving door entering the hotel. The door just keeps spinning with force. My luggage got caught on the ledge. So the door kept smashing into me until I could yank out my suitcases. No one came to help. Just watch. A few guests saw and asked if I wanted to take their names and numbers and file a complaint. I didn’t bother. I told management. Nothing got done. I hope no one. Especially a child or elderly person isn’t seriously injured. It doesn’t work like that at other hotels. Also. The internet went down a few hours. Finally. When sitting outside on the patio with a friend they decided to take the chairs in at 9:15pm. I asked to let us continue sitting and was told that it’s. It possible. After taking away the chairs and tables the staff stood around and did nothing. Terrible service. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend. Over priced for what you get. 2 star hotel service.
