I loved my stay in the hotel, this hotel is totally convenient and close to everything. My only complain is the size of the elevator, too small.

Great location! A grocery store was a short walk in addition to numerous sites and dining options. There was street noise in the early morning as cafe's were setting up their tables and chairs for the day, but that was offset by the great location. You walked through a coffee shop/cafe to get to the hotel elevator but that in not inconvenient at all. Room was basic but very clean.

A lovely room, large bed and good shower facilities. Location was great, right in the centre. The only downside to this was it was very noisy at night.

I checked in a few weeks ago and the room’s air conditioning unit was not working at all. The room was extremely hot. The front desk staff, Virginia, promised me that she will contact the manager to compensate for the inconvenience. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard from her nor the hotel manager. The experience was terrible and we will never go back to this hotel again. Terrible experience. Terrible front desk and hotel manager.

Staff is super friendly! Beds were comfortable! The location is the best! Literally walking distant from all the sites! Middle of the city!

Property was great. Can be easy to miss as taxis can’t get to the property and you have to walk but the hotel is more a backdrop from the wonderful coffee shop in front of it.

This property is located near the grand place, very convenient, many choices for food and shopping. Most famous places you need to visit are all walkable. Bus, metro and train stations are also nearby, so it's very easy to travel around from this hotel. Highly recommend.

We have been staying at the Grand Aris Hotel in Brussels annually for 10 years. Apart from 3 years due to the Covid pandemic. Walking through the doors we were immediately recognised by the check in-staff, even though it had been 3 years since they had seen us. The hotel has been undergoing renovations to the rooms and the former main lobby is now a very busy cafe/coffee house. Ideally located to the Central Railway Station and in the next street to the Grand Palace Square in the heart of the city centre. I Would highly reccomend a stay at this hotel

About a 7 minute walk from Brussels Central. Very convenient to get to from the airport/for day trips. Location was minutes walk from GrandPlaza and many of the primary sites. Very walkable.
