The hotel was great! Unfortunately we were familiar with the area and the mall adjacent to the hotel. The mall was a bonus feature to the hotel. The mall closed and is gated and locked from the hotel so you can't even mall walk. It was a plus bonus for me. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ac didn’t work in the bedroom an it took me 3 glasses in the bathroom to find a clean one

I love Embassy Suites. The rooms are always comfortable and the staff is very nice and accomodating.
