The staff was very pleasant, but everything else was such a disappointment. I have stayed here before in the past and was very satisfied this time. A very bad experience the room had a big crack down the wall with a picture missing very noticeable and the breakfast the next morning Was very unsatisfactory. There were no eggs, cold unfavorable hashbrowns. I don’t know what they called the meat. It was very hard and gross. Definitely will not stay here again. I feel like booking on Expedia. They put us in the basement and worse room of the hotel I was told I should book directly if I wanted them to do anything for me to help .

This hotel does not match the pictures. The rooms are dark and dirty not at all well lite. The gym also does not look like this, there is no cable machine.

The room was not super clean, but I think maybe simply understaffed? Overall our stay served it's purpose, a place to sleep and have breakfast on our journey.
