Toilets not ventilated was very poor. Service was excellent

Staff were absolutely amazing very knowledgeable about the area and events for the city, room was beautiful a great comfortable place to stay. A little out of the city's however the hotel partnered up with a local taxi firm for half price fares

Book your stay!!
Posted 18 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe absolutely loved our stay!! We had the most lovely evening meal, my boys lived their pizza, husband enjoyed his lasagne and I LOVED my risotto!! The room was lovely and the games available in the hotel lobby were great! Overall such a lovely experience and the hotel looked lovely decked up for Christmas x

Lovely family-friendly hotel, staff couldn’t be more helpful. The taxi service into the city centre was really handy on a very busy wet weekend. The bathroom was probably due a bit of a makeover, but overall we had a really nice stay.
