I spent one night in Bruges and since the check in time at Normandy Hotel, I felt Welcome by them; very friendly and professional staff. Very clean we also got the breakfast included a very wise option worth it. Thanks again for everything!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy. Hotel is walking distance from the main tourist area. Excellent

It is a nice small hotel, I like the location and the staffs there are very friendly. Their breakfast buffet was nice

We had the best time, booking multiple rooms for a family birthday celebration. The hotel is in a great location, very close to town, but far enough away to not hear any noise. The staff were all amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly; a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and delicious. We stayed in the romantic style rooms and they def had the wow factor. Would definitely stay here again and loved Bruge in general.

A quaint hitel with lots of personal touches.eg. real china and crystal glasses at breakfast, chocolates on check out. Near to lots of restaurants
