Too much noise everywhere no order whatsoever

Smell really humid, bathtub where clogged, cockroaches, make my reservation 2 months ahead with double beds and they changed when we arrive for single beds withoutany discounts, they don't provide enough toilet paper, don't have extra towels ready when you ask for, the beds are really old and bad the bathroom fan didn't work highly not recommended.

Deception

Not a very appealing look from the outside. Had an uncomfortable feeling when we arrived. Not at all what I expected. We had previously stayed at the Home Wood Suites and that was what I expected. It was downhill from that; they did not honor my reservation even though I had a copy of my confirmation.

Not what I expected

The room was not very clean. Had a kitchen with only a cutting board. No cup plate or fork. Even at front desk. Pillows were not the best and 2 towels, one wash cloth. That’s it! Not what I expected from this brand

The Staf don’t change the towells, the sheets, just a little soap for three days, paper toilet insuffisant, no cleanning the room, i stayed friday, saturday and sunday and did’nt see people doing that.

Good if you bring everything

This is more of a work hotel and not so of a family weekend stay. There are no curtains, the shades are not fitted so light come in, not the cleanliness, smells when you walk in, good for pets. Also the A/C was good. The “blanket” is more of a sheet and the pillows are flat flat.
