The fire alarm went off at 2am due to a non emergency malfunction, and could not be shut off for 1.5 hours. I enquired about a voucher or any recompense the next morning, and was told no because it was an emergency. The fire department said it was not, but rather a water leak causing a malfunction. Will never stay here again.

The fire alarm went off at 2am and could not be shut off for 1.5 hours. We were in room 137,an had not retreat to our car until the alarm could be shut off. Next day, manager refused refund or voucher and could just say not their fault. However, it was not an emergency, but an accidental activation. Desk was rude. Will never stay there again.
