24hr room service was excellent.
We did not like being asked to pay for the hotel booking upon checkout, when we had already prepaid this with Expedia

The grounds are beautiful .
Staff helpful , breakfast very nice .
The interior of the Hotel was disappointing, dated and really needs some TLC

I think its a nice setting but needs a bit of money spending to bring up.to.date.also no atmosphere in the bar

It was not made clear at time of booking that breakfast was not included or that there was an additional charge for using the leisure facilities

I liked that you look at the place and think wow its for upper class people but wen we went it was like every one the same no lah de dah people ...it was friendly and everyone the same ...staff were brilliant and could ave a laugh.. . Very helpful ..facilities are great too for an extra £10 a room .so much so boked again 2 weeks later
