The unit was grubby, with broken furniture, dirty windows, and floors. I was so surprised that I took photographs. No room cleaning on a public holiday - excuse being to give guest privacy despite there being ‘do not disturb’ door hangers. (Not wanting to pay staff penalty rates perhaps)
Pools were good.

Requesting a refund on accommodation, spoken to manager today, room condition is appaulling, cleaning standards are very low standard. Room not cleaned for 5 days. Had to chase for towels/toilet paper. Staff at reception very good regarding customer service. Actually property is very nice, relaxing and well kept.

This was a really nice place to stay its well presented and the kids loved the pools

Me and my family had a great stay at the Oaks Cable beach, kids highly enjoyed the plunge pool and our villa. Thanks again 😊
