The property was clean and staff were friendly.
The continental breakfast was great.

Always a great choice to stay in Brooks. Close to the highway, pool and hot tub are always in good shape and open, front desk staff are always friendly and the breakfast area is clean and always offers hot breakfast along with an assortment of cold options.

Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool/waterslide area was clean and well equipped with pool towels. Great stay.

This hotel was so fun and had amazing amenities. First, the room was large, clean, and had a cute little kitchen with fridge, and microwave. The pool, hot tub, and water slide was definitly a selling feature. The pool area was clean, relaxing and had lots of towels available. The breakfast was also a great feature. So many options ranging from cereal, yogurt, and fruit, too hot eggs, bacon/sasuage and a pancake maker. There was juice, coffee, tea, and water available. The front reception had snacks and necessities available for purchase. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for the simple fact that there was lots to do, everything was clean, and who doesn't love an included breakfast?

This hotel has great amenities and the room was very nice. Unfortunately it is not very sound proof. I could hear the guests above my room tap dancing all night, and every time the shower or tap was run it was extremely loud. The bed was comfy but didn’t get to sleep. Being the most expensive hotel in Brooks, I wouldn’t stay here at this price point.
