Under bath mat appeared to be mold. Breakfast was not so good.

Room was clean. Bathtub bottom was rough and stained. Noisy neighbors and walls were thin. Maybe tell all guests to be considerate of noise. There were a LOT of workmen staying here with sidewalk and parking lot gatherings and cookouts. However, i never felt unsafe. Breakfast was good but it was the same for the 3 mornings i was there. Eggs were too cold to eat one morning. I asked for regular coffee pack for one day and was told they were out. How can this happen? No worries.I got a cup of coffee from the lobby and covered it.Put it in my microwave and heated it in the morning. Pool and hot tub was clean but older. Missing paint in a pretty large spot on my wall. Parking lot surface was pretty rough. Walmart was almost directly behind me. Staff was most courteous. Price could be a little lower especially for the time of year.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Sonya, I apologize your stay wasn't 5 stars. We are an older property and doing our best to provide comfortable stays. I'm sorry if your neighbors were loud, we try to catch that when possible but it's difficult to police everyone unfortunately. If anyone is every causing an issue please let the front desk know so we can get on it asap. We are working with the owner to try to get some updates done in the near future so hopefully we can address some of your issues. I will also pass your comments about breakfast on to the restaurant. Thanks for being understanding! Hopefully we can provide you a better stay on your next trip!

The front desk staff was wonderful and let us check in early. He was helpful and very kind. The first room he sent us to was not cleaned and the door was open, so we went back and he quickly resolved the issue. Our second room had stains on the lamp, some flooring was ripped out, and it looked like the floor wasn’t fully vacuumed by the exterior door. We went to the hot tub also and there was moss growing on the outside of it. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience. Room for improvement in the cleanliness/ upkeep.

Hey Pamela, I apologize for the lack of an elevator, we are an older property and unfortunately retrofitting an elevator into the building would be incredibly expensive. I'm glad the rest of your stay was good though! If we have them available we can sometimes get you a downstairs room on request. Hopefully we'll have another opportunity to impress next time you need a room!

Staff is great and accommodating. Rooms are outdated, trash was everywhere outside of the hotel and some places on the inside. The pool area is very slippery cause of the tile but the big open area was great for the kiddos to run around and play basketball.

Thanks for the kind words Megan, and I apologize for the trash, with the wind blowing as hard as it was this weekend it does get difficult to stay on top of it. We were also full and unfortunately people aren't always respectful about where they leave a mess. We are an older property but we do try out best to provide clean and comfortable stays for our guests. I'm glad the rest of your stay was good! Hopefully we'll see you again soon!

Wi-Fi was not good. Could here anything and everything in the halls ways plus people were loud and didn’t care about the people that were sleeping

I apologize for the wi-fi, we were quite full this weekend and with 100 rooms that's a lot of people using it all at once. I also apologize for the noisy guests, as much as I wish everyone would be respectful that's very difficult for us to control. Hopefully we'll have the chance to host you when it's a bit more quiet!
