The staff who checked us in was exceptionally helpful!
The room was less than clean. Dusty parts of the carpet that haven’t seen a vacuum in a long time, unknown substance dried running down the bathroom door, dirty walls with chipped paint, sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well and as such had nasty things floating in it. The place could use some TLC and attention to detail cleaning. The common areas were well maintained.

I would have rated this much higher but the vanity faucet water output was awful. It made shaving and washing very difficult. Also the toilet paper hanger was about ready to fall from the wall. Continental breakfast was average at best.

Lots of signs saying sorry for your inconvenience... The place is fine, not great but okay. Hot tub out of order. business center fax broken.
I would stay again.

Thank you for staying with us and I apologize for the hot tub. We had a small repair last week that became a big one. Omaha did not have the part and it was a week out before we could get it.
