The staff was very friendly. I found it strange that you can only access the pool from one door and there are about 4 or 5 different doors that could give you access to the pool as well.

You definitely get what you paid for. If you’re looking for a mediocre place to swim and sleep this would be ok. Just know the photos are deceptive. All weekend the trashes were over flowing, hardly any staff around, the ones you did encounter were not friendly at all. Pool areas rarely had clean towels. I don’t think anyone vacuumed behind, around, or under furniture. We had 4 people in our room and were only given two towels. When we asked for a couple more we were told they didn’t “have many” only way to get more was to give them the dirty ones. The house keeping carts were filthy. Breakfast was scarce and typically trashed, if they ran low on things it wasn’t easy to get things refilled. The kids enjoyed the pool, but even the chemicals were off in it, as our suits are all new colors and hair is going to need some serious attention with how fried it is. Also, please note there is not an elevator and the ice machine does not work on the second floor.

It’s def run down and not as nice as the pics. The rooms are very dark. Pools are closed on Monday and Tuesday yet there were people in them. Not sure how that worked. Breakfast is straight carbs. Waffles, toast, and sugar cereal.

We chose thise hotel because it was over 3 stars. It should NOT have this many stars. Our bathroom had a broken cabinet, the bathtub was moldy and gross, and the tv remote did not have a cover to the batteries. Light fixtures in the hallways are broken, baseboards in the hallways were falling off, and we had a large dog in a room near ours that was barking.
