My wife & I stayed in rm 106. Thru out the nite we had a loud intermittent ‘Jack hammer like’ sound every 30 minutes duration 45 secs. NO SLEEP WHICH WAS BAD ENOUGH ON EVE OF MY MOM’s funeral next day. complained to clerk and hotel manager no offer to move us. HORRIBLE NITE !!! told by manager it was an air compressor located proximal to our room. We deserve a refund for this calamity. Mgr told us you all would do that since we prepaid thru you. NOTE: we still used Expedia for our stay in Mount Vernon Illinois next nite. Hopefully you can do the ‘right thing’

I had no kleenex inbthe room for the 2 night stay, and my room was not cleaned after the first night. Otherwise room was very nice and very quiet.
