This hotel and staff gives you all the conveniences and care you can ask for. From the shuttle to and from the airport or the red line train, to being within walking/driving distance of shopping and interchanges, not to mention a nice breakfast to start your day, plus staff that make the hotel warm and friendly, there isn't a better place in the metro Cleveland area to stay.

Close to the airport. Not close to any grocery store, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart.

Unfortunately when I got to my room it smelled horrible of smoke.. I thought it was a non smoking hotel. Left for dinner and when I returned it was really strong. I have asthma so struggled with this. I did call the desk to notify them. They said they had complaints but did not ask me to move?? That’s my reason for rating you poor..

Thank you for your stay with us and we apologize for not being able to make your stay more pleasant. We are 100% non smoking hotel and that’s one of the reasons we ask for 200 deposit. Unfortunately some people don’t care and they smoke and we keep the 200. Due to sold out hotel we were not able to move you to another room. Also if someone is smoking on the backside of the building near your room then the smoke enters through ac unit.

I liked that it was updated and very clean. They need hooks in bathroom to hand towels. Need more towel in bathroom/ When I checked in they could not find my IHG number and I had to wait for hours to check in. I hope I get credit for the hotel stays. I had to cancel a res at Livona Holiday Inn and they still charged me. I booked with Bookings.com Can you help? I travel for work and witll stay in Ohio many times in the next few months.
