"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "My room was not huge. The price was not huge!!! But it, and the hallways, etc, had been recently given what must have been nearly a complete rebuild. Fixtures, fittings, etc, modern and good. "Smart" lighting out smarted me a bit, but was very nice, if not quite able to understand what I wanted. It "worked" perfectly ADEQUATELY though.
Not a lot of frills, but a nice waiting area near reception for meeting friends. 24 hour front desk. I'd stay again. Didn't eat in, but would expect it was nice. Suspect, but forgot to look, that there's a nice garden out back to relax in."

10/10 Excellent
"The location is fantastic. Close to the tube, shops and within walking distance to many attractions.
The room is clean, bed comfortable. Would stay again when next in London "
"Simple check in, clean, comfortable, proper furniture in rooms rather than the coolie-cutter designs most chain hotels have. Added bonus of being part of a football stadium. Easy to get to from Fulham Broadway tube station. Quiet. "

"This hotel was so so nice and such a great deal for the price compared to options in London. Unfortunately, I had a mishap with luggage storage, but the staff were very helpful and understanding in helping sort it out. It’s in a great area, was an excellent room, comfy bed, and great service. I would just ask if they have improved their luggage storage if you plan on utilizing that option. "
"It was amazing! We were greeted by two lovely ladies (I didn’t catch their names but they were on the desk around 8:00 on the friday evening) and they were amazing! The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy, and located only a few mins away from the tube which was very ideal. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were very clean and all the members of staff were very accommodating and kind. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to London!! xxx"
