For a budget option this was brilliant, check-in was super easy and quick, the receptionist was very polite and helpful.
The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed in it, if I really wanted to be picky it just lacked a fridge, it is located excellently, 2mins from Bromley South and right on top of the shops.
There are plenty of places locally to eat and drink.
Should the occasion arise again that I needed to stay in Bromley I'd definitely stay here.

Posted 21 Mar 2024 on HotelsWhen I arrived shortly after midnight I was told my booking could not be found, Hotels.com help line was closed and therefore I was given 2 options by staff: 1 leave and if my booking shows in their system they would give me a refund (on a non refundable booking) or 2 pay again for the room and if my booking shows I would be given a refund. After over an hour of being asked to email proof of payment including screenshots of my bank account, I paid again. It was a very distressing and stressful ordeal. I would not be returning to that hotel. I do not trust booking through hotels.com.

Stay was ok but few negatives I noted it was too noisy from next room after 1am, shower Handle was broken, water boiling kettle was not cleaned, no water bottle and no free parking. Thanks
