I booked a king suite but ended up with two queen beds. We got snowed in there and nothing special for us that couldn’t get home.

They don’t except debt cards. If you only have that than it is a 50 dollar extra charge!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay. As I understand the reason you were unhappy is because of the authorization hold that is utilized on all debit cards. As our front desk tried to explain at check-in, this hold is temporary and is released after 5-7 business days in most cases. We do apologize for any inconvenience this caused, and for this reason we do make a point to mention our policy before any debit card is used. I hope this will not stop you from giving us another visit in the future.
