I've stayed at the LaQuinta in Conyers, GA several times. However, this experience was a bit different. The condition of the room was lacking. There were water spots on the ceiling. Near the water spots was a patching where it looked like someone started repairing the ceiling but didn't finish. The light fixture in the bathroom over the sink was broken. The last night of our stay the internet service was down so we had no wifi or TV. Also there was rarely an attendent at the front desk.

Almost any direction we look, something is either damaged or broken. Almost every chair at the pool, the fire pit at the pool, the night stand and dresser in the room, the tv wouldn’t respond and the Wi-Fi went out and never came back on. Will never stay here again. Best thing about it was the rate and now I know why it was cheaper than the rest of the hotels I considered.

Staff was excellent, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of options. The pool was small and a bit run down for a property as new as this, and the wifi was intermittent and didn’t work at all for hours.

Convenient to our purposes. Room was clean and comfortable. Building in good condition. Quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

The property was nice. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was well stocked. We had two rooms. One had a noisy fridge but we were tired enough to figure out how to sleep anyway. We did let them know the next morning, so hopefully it'll be quiet for the next guest.
