The perfect place to stay in Broadstairs
Posted 2 Mar 2024 on HotelsFrom the warm welcome on arrival to the helpful and friendly check out we had a lovely overnight stay. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The attic room is spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. The location is perfect for a walk along the seafront to the restaurants and bars. We will rebook and we’re recommending this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you.

Great little hideaway.

Dust on the table , no fright and didn’t let you use Netflix on the tv ,

In the unlikely event of dust (our staff cake pride in cleaning all rooms to a very high standard) we are puzzled as to why we were not alerted at the time of your stay and could have addressed this immediately. Our room descriptions are accurate and you are complaining about the lack of an amenity we do not provide or we would clearly state this. All our rooms have smart TVs and guests are welcome to use their personal accounts to sign into streaming services: if we provided sign ins for these services, which we don't for reasons of privacy and data protection (we don't want guests to see what previous guests have viewed) we would have also made this clear in our room descriptions. We are very happy to speak with you directly if you have any further concerns

A sweet traditional guest house! Clean, courteous, helpful staff and a pleasant room with great sea views. Easy stroll to plenty of restaurants, quaint shops, the beach and bars. Great car parking facilities. A lovely place to stay!

Perfect location for a winter break.
Posted 26 Jan 2024 on HotelsA return trip to Bay Tree. Love the peaceful cliff top location, the decor and friendly atmosphere. Within easy walking distance of beach, harbour arm, places to dine and railway station.
Comfortable bed, warm and cosy in winter and an excellent breakfast.
The sandy beach opposite is great to walk on at low tide and dogs are allowed on beach in low season.

Lovely comfortable little place in good location
Posted 21 Jan 2024 on HotelsNicely appointed room with the loveliest most comfortable bedding. Quiet location but a short walk to town
As i booked through hotel.com breakfast not included so i would definitely stay here again but would book direct next time. Only downside is that the wet room style shower flooded the whole bathroom but not a deal breaker when the experience overall was so pleasant
