We have been using Expedia to book a stay at ULTIQA Beach Haven multiple times and almost always get the best rate for the right room. Unfortunately this time we did not get the right room, paid the premium rate for a subpar not ocean view room. I was treated rudely by the staff at the hotel when asking for clarification and they insisted its because i booked through Expedia.

Our Premium refurbished apartments range from the 6th to the 31st floor with either direct east, north east, or south east views. Beautiful Apartment in the heart of Broadbeach

This property has the perfect location close to everything, but I’m a bit hesitant about staying again as our room was not clean, the sheets and pillowcases smelt rancid like they hadn’t been changed, and when I asked for new sheets, we ended up with single sheets that didn’t suit the bed, and that just ruined it for me.
