Pleasant enough
Posted 24 Aug 2021 on HotelsMy wife and I spent one night here in the standard double room. The room, which was very clean, was small but adequate for a night. Although only a double bed, the bed was suitably firm. We only had interactions with staff for checking in and out, but that was quick and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the historic center of Brive and restaurants. The only quibble is that free parking is noted for the hotel. However, we checked in at 6:30 PM and the few parking spots were already taken by other guests. That was not a real problem as we could park at the city lot in front of the hotel for free as long as we moved our car by 9 AM. I have no regrets about staying at this hotel and quite likely would choose to do so if we came by here again.
