So many faults, ridiculous that the heating was broken so was on all night and far too hot!
No sheet on young child’s bed, scratchy blanket with that also. Rust in bathroom on shower and plastic bag tied over smoke detector, also a questionable dried stain on the floor! Not such a brilliant stay and I’ve emailed the hotel about the issues.

We had a pleasant stay in general. The only concern was a spot of dried blood on one of the ground sheets on the pull out childs bed. I'd asked for it to be changed but this was never done and i had to request a change of sheets when quite late at night following a family party. Not good with tired children!!

The staff was super helpful with and early check in. The room I was in was what looked like in the middle of a renovation, the wall was half painted, I think there must have been 2 beds at one point, could have used a couch in the free space the bed was.

The hotel and staff were excellent but it obviously isn’t in the nicest of areas being in a motorway services. The sign indicating the hotel doesn’t give you enough notice for turning right onto the hidden slip road, I had passed it before realising and then you’re in a one way system and have to go all the way round again
