Hotel and staff very good. Room good but heated towel rail falling off wall. Surprised cleaners never saw that. No opening windows for fresh air. Area great for shopping bars and food. Lots of rough sleepers in area and behind hotel. Good breakfast.

It was a reasonable hotel, the front of house staff were not particularly friendly. The bathroom shower was of poor quality and they were not very generous with the soap and shampoo so ended up buying some from Boots. Bed was too soft. Overpriced for what you get.

Great but I have booked 2 single beds but I got it 1 double with the toilet for the disabled people. It was noisy from the bathroom fan all night.
