The staff at Future Inn (Bristol) are great, great attitude and nothing is too much. Rooms are comfy and a good size with air conditioning that works really well. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Car parking on the doorstep (virtually) saves having to drive into Bristols ever changing road rules! We enjoyed our stay

Looks like Future Inns has taken over an old hotel and it shows. But the service from reception was excellent, including validating my parking ticket. There ought to be directions for getting there from Cabot Circus car park.

Good value considering it was so close to city centre and public transport, which was what I wanted. Very helpful desk staff. Comfortable room. Restaurant attached to it had good menu, and there are many more restaurants across the road in shopping centre too.

Good location, nice staff, free parking. Let down by terrible bedding, like sleeping on a trampoline.

The hotel felt very unloved. Our room was OK, but the bottom sheet didn’t fit - it was too small, the mattress protector underneath was also too small and very uncomfortable.
The shower gets/soap was poor quality and the towels were thin and old.
