Everything was nice there wd definitely go back but the dovets need to be a bit bigger.

Parking- had to pay £16 for 2nights Toilets need better cleaning Staff very friendly and helpful

We booked through Expedia then phoned this hotel to let them know our arrival time. We were rudely told there was no bed for us and we couldn’t come. Furthermore we were told Expedia knew this and shouldn’t have let us book. Expedia basically told us the Hotel wouldn’t refund us and there was nothing they could do. Truly disgusted by the behaviour of both parties. As of writing this we have been charged for a room we couldn’t use - had to pay out of pocket to stay elsewhere at short notice. We will never use this hotel or Expedia again and warn others there are significant risks committing to anything with Expedia.

Could have been better room decoration in a large branded chain hotel. Breakfast choices could have been more food choices.

Was a very nice hotel really nice room as i was given an upgrade without asking and the staff were polite and helpful at all times

Very outdated hotel which has old furnitures and bathrooms needs full renovation. Nightly charge was £299.00 without breakfast per night which is 3 times expensive than averagd in that area . Wouldn't give more 3* for this hotel.

Pool was small and full of children, hot tub was unbearable (hot!) rooms were tired and dirty, shower was very small, no mini fridge, beds uncomfortable, not worth the money at all. Very disappointed.

Very clean hotel. Food selection was good. Bar was good and the room was perfect (I stayed in the new rooms)
