Curtains to bedroom were poor . As an old building not easy to negotiate stairs to room. Quirky and different having stayed before but prices have increased significantly

Welcoming small hotel

Convenient overnight stay
Posted 2 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe found this hotel situated conveniently for shopping areas in the centre of Bristol. The hotel didn't have a manned reception desk, but had a secure access tag system. Our room was cold when we arrived and we had to ask reception to turn on the heating remotely, similarly the television only worked properly if you could stream what you wanted to watch from your own mobile device after logging in. The furnishings were comfortable and as you would expect in a hotel at this price point. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast was served so we cannot comment on that but I would like to add that all the staff we saw were helpful and friendly
