My flight was cancelled So I could not make it
as it was nonrefundable They did not want to consider any discount for next day Which was requested by expedia. lost the full a.ount and booked other hotel

Unfortunately we can't be responsible for flight cancellations. We would suggest in future taking out travel insurance or claiming from the airline, who are responsible for covering hotel when flight is cancelled. We received no notification of any kind regarding this cancellation and also no communication from Expedia or yourself. We were fully booked out the following evening so we could not have accommodated you the following evening. If Expedia have told you they requested a discount this is incorrect they would have seen we had no availability as fully booked being a small boutique guest house.

Pleasant stay, responsive owners
Posted 2 Nov 2023 on HotelsThis was an excellent sharehouse/guesthouse experience, where the owners are responsive, the rooms are very pleasant, and the location is very convenient for public transport with many nearby amenities. An excellent place to stay while keeping costs under control, particularly for longer periods, if visiting Brisbane.

Nice quiet clean property with very good facilities. Aeron and Carl were fantastic hosts, were there for you without imposing. Nothing was too much trouble.
Will definitely return again.

Our hosts were very nice and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the area and hospitable. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.
