I paid for a room 'deluxe suite' I was told. I was not informed of where and how to access the free WiFi. The air conditioning remote control holder had fallen off the room.. loose screws. The sliding door to the outdoor area was unlocked - unsecure. Unimpressed with the standards of this establishment personally. I left prior to check out.. no communication from the staff since!
