Our room was booked for 3 adults for one night. Was a sudden discussion due to Brisbane road closures Our room was very basic, nicely presented & clean. The beds were very disappointing, steel frames that squeaked everytime you moved. They were nothing like the mattress & base beds in the website photos

The room was okay. Breakfast provided was extremely poor- cereal and bread nothing else. Breakfast for a 3rd person is just ridiculously priced at $14 for a bowl of cereal and piece of toast. Not recommended at all.

Hi Jason, our breakfast also includes tea coffee milk, apple and orange juice, 2 kinds of fruits, and yogurt. It is a continental buffet. 3 different kinds of bread with 7 choices of jams and butter, as well as 4 kinds of cereal. It is worth 14. Thank you!

Worst hotel I have stayed at. Have stayed in close to 500 hotels with this one being bed far the worse. 1. Not an airport hotel - is 8kms from the airport. 2. Room did not match description. Photos showed double bed and two single beds however it was a double bunk, not single beds. 3. Shower did not work more then a very poor trickle. 4. Construction site less then 2m from rear door of the room. Machinery and tool use noise stared at 5.30am. No where on the website does it warn that there is early morning construction taking place right next to room 5. A non designated parking space is located right in from of the door to the room. This meant that because someone had parked there, their car blocked access to our room. There was just enough spaces to squeeze through but not enough room to carry our suitcase. We had to lift the suitcases over the bonnet of the car to get out. Spoke to reception in the morning however he was not interested at all. Wouldn’t even get out of his chair so I could show him the car blocking our door.

Hi Helen, your husband abused our staff at reception in the morning and threaten us with a bad review to get your refund. This is not acceptable. 1. We are an airport motel with 10 min driving distance. 2. The room is what you booked online and match all the photos. 3. Shower is working normally. 4. Our neighbor is refurbishing their home and promised no big noise in the early morning. 5. We have on-site parking for all guests and there're two access into your room. Our staff are always friendly to help our guests.

Nowhere near enough space

Ridiculously small area for 5 people. There is a door between this and adjoining room which should be used. We have stayed in a number of family suites on our trip which cost less and have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

We arrived late due to delays in flight. We were surprised to find the fridge was stocked and various food items available to purchase if required. Although we didnt use we were impressed as now days most only offer tea coffee and milk. Alhough the premises are aged it was clean and comfortable. Well done will not hesitate to use again.

Clean and comfy.

We found the entire place clean inside and out. If you are sensitive to noise pack some earplugs. As I have previously read-the bunks squeak abit and the aircon is a little noisy- but nothing compared to my Husband's snoring! Pool was nice and refreshing with a lovely shade sail to protect from the sun. Enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back again.
