We were very happy with our large, one bedroom suite at the back of the hotel. There was a lovely, little garden and patio at the back of our unit. The gardens all around the property were beautiful. The staff were helpful and caring. The location is amazing, 8 minutes from airport, within minutes to walk to the lovely garden-lined river boardwalk, the fabulous IGA, the night market, great food in every direction. And there is a complete kitchen with coffee etc., and ICE in the freezer. Yes, the hotel is a wee bit tired but it has so many positives…great shower, so quiet. And this is the only hotel in Brisbane that would accommodate us for one night over the huge Brisbane NRL weekend and still provide a reasonable price. Very impressed. Thank-you!

No serving of room, basic and rough and unfriendly staff, we checked in around 3.30 and they took further $100 deposit as we were late checking in. Said we would get back, did this invade we didn’t show ….but check in is any time after 2 pm , they had better credit It back

We stayed 3 days and were very happy with the cleanliness and staff appreciation; everyone was friendly and helpful. Close by are restaurants and public transportation including water taxi. Big thumbs up!

Very old style bathroom with limited bench space. Hot water not working well as only able to use hot water tap and was Luke warm shower. Smelly drainage system in bathroom. Booked two room at the same time and were given rooms at the opposite ends of the facility not convenient at all.

We do our best to put rooms close together but we cannot change the layout of the building unfortunately.
