Hot tub not working. Beds very soft and uncomfortable. Valet parking clunky. Had to check in at the front of the hotel then drive around the back for Valet parking.
Great location. Nice views. Executive lounge great for breakfast and afternoon drinks.

Despite a rather long wait for valet parking due congestion the experience was wonderful. The staff from check in to dining room was exceptional. Extremely polite and courteous and only to willing to assist in any matter.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent service and initiative from staff to look out for us and ours needs during the stay. Everyone was super accomidating and spoiled us with complimentary items the time we were there :)

Absolutely fantastic
