Great hostel! I really love the lounge area! It was chill and quiet and had a wonderful coffee shop vibe. I enjoyed my stay; everything was great. The internet was a bit unsteady on the upper floors, but other than that, I'd stay again for sure.

Posted 7 Mar 2024 on Hotelswas a little disappointed to be honest,the bed was comfortable enough,strangely placed right in front of a large window,meaning i had to have the curtains closed,even in daylight,strange too that the tv was positioned behind the head of the bed,meaning i had to stand to view it.i did not have the tv on for long though,as the lack of signal meant having it on was for the most part,a waste of time.there was no kettle in my room,and in the bathroom,i had a bath,but no shower,this strangely,was right in front of the window too.for the £130 i paid for the night,i would've expected towels to be supplied for free,but,no,(good job i brought my own)these were for hire! staff were very nice and helpful,and i slept very well,however,i certainly couldn't describe my stay as value for money,so,therefor,wouldn't be staying here again.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience during your stay. It sounds like there were several inconveniences with the room layout and amenities provided. Your feedback regarding the placement of the bed, TV, and lack of essential items like a kettle and free towels. because we are a youth hostel we dont provide extras It's great to hear that the staff were friendly and helpful, and that you were able to sleep well despite the shortcomings.
