The convenience was great, staff were friendly. Unfortunately We had a room that was connected to another room by a door in the middle.The people in the other room were loud. We also got woken up by a loud barking dog way to early. Didn't get the rest I expected.

You get what you pay for. I needed 2 nights in this town and was not going to spend much time in the room so I picked the least expensive hotel in the area. It was clean but dated, the mattress was OK. The breakfast was pretty basic with mostly prepaged or prepared food, with the exeption of the waffel maker, there were no eggs not even hard boiled on one morning, there was scrammbled the next. It was OK for a short stay, probly would pick a differnent one next time.

Pleasant people. Room was fine, out of tissues and hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was good.

The property was not the problem. Apparently Expedia is the problem a few hours before I was supposed to arrive at the hotel to check in. I got a message from the general manager stating that my reservation had to be canceled because Expedia had overbooked and I was the last one so basically, I went to the hotel with no reservation at all. Feel confident that I’m going to contact you and demand the refund for my reservation as I had to go to a new hotel and pay an additional $180. 00. I hope that Expedia will be cooperative and refunding me as I will pursue any legal remedy at my disposal, refused to be cooperative.

Front desk staff were not welcoming. One female front desk person had her cell phone glued to ear the entire time I was there. Wouldn’t even stop her call to help a guest. It was so noisy and difficult to sleep. Person in room next to was smoking marijuana and I could smell it in my room. Lights from parking lot shining in my room and no black out curtains. Safety latch on inside of door missing. No sugar for coffee. Not a comfortable stay.
