Great choice for our overnight stay in Brighton. Parking in Marina car park included in room rate. Room was spotless with comfy bed and very quiet at night. Took no. 7 bus to/from central Brighton on Friday night - cheap fares and very convenient. Hotel nice location, overlooking marina - just need fine weather to enjoy to the max.

Its out of Brighton town centre but a no 7 bus runs every 5 minutes at a cost of £ 2-00 from outside the hotel and the Marina has plenty of restaurants and the view to make a nice change from the city .

Food was half cold fridge didn't work Struggling to find us a room & reception quoted System is old & date works rubbish Didn't have any change as going cashless But nothing on the website or signs up

Unfriendly Staff at restaurant, were left standing like fools by some useless waiter who had Zero personality and basically shouldn’t be there ! Very Dated interior, toilet seat broken towels not even folded. Very disappointing

The entrance to the hotel isn’t well signposted from the boardwalk. Our room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 4pm. They did explain this was due to late check outs but that seems unfair to people trying check in.

Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient for the Brighton Marina area (which was where I needed to be). A large Asda supermarket, and a ton of restaurants in easy walking distance. Good, frequent, GBP 2 bus service into Brighton itself if that's where you need to be.
