I have stayed here before, while the location is amazing for the price I paid I have to complain about the staff and WiFi.
It was not a cheap place to stay, but the wi-fi was awful. Speaking to the staff to ask about this, the reason I got was really poor, almost like I had to accept it with no alternatives given at all.
Also before my stay I called up the hotel, and asked about dogs, while Expedia do state its dog friendly, it doesn’t mention or give the hotel an option to specify which rooms will be dog friendly. When I spoke to a member of staff about this, I was met we a very cold and blunt member of staff, she actually had to apologise For her demeanour. I think really though is Expedia’s fault, but the frosty reception is not anyone’s fault but the hotels

A lovely, quiet, quirky place to stay with friendly, helpful staff and a great location. Would highly recommend.

I don’t often post a review but this place rocks it’s so cool, so warm and welcoming and all the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! Must stay!
