They made me sign something basically stating that If any linens were missing after i checked out I would be charged. So yeah that gave me an idea of what to expect. My trash cans were not emptied. and the overall vibe was shabby. For the price, I did expect better.

Hello Lora,I am truly sorry to hear about the trash in your room not being emptied prior to you gaining access to the room. I can assure you that is not the norm. I will be having a chat with my entire housekeeping staff to go over all cleaning expectations and procedures, prior to guest entry. We have the linens statement in our registration card just as a precaution due to past issues with people damaging or walking away with a majority of our linens. We understand the view that, that may give, but I can assure you it is just a precaution to make sure we have everything we need in regards to precautions. We hope you will consider giving us another chance. Thank you for staying with us!

The facility is poorly maintained. Pool was out of order. Exit door by the room was out of order. Hand written notes everywhere about something that was out of order. However breakfast was good.

Came for Best Western, got Worst Western. Bugs all over the room, not clean, pool is out of order. Would not recommend.

We’re welcomed by a polite staff and freshly-baked cookies. Love the black out screen & sheer curtain that are functional, effective, and esthetic. Traffic noise bothered us a little bit.

Of course, I booked this place because it had a hot tub and pool.And upon arrival they were both empty and out of order with no recourse due to 3rd party booking. The front desk clerk said that the price was reflective of the pool Being out of order. But she couldn't find it on website. The two free drinks were cans of pop. The grounds hadnt been mowed andweeds growing in all the landscape. The bed was good.
