Great location. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful with the exception of the front desk. Had issues with the room key, communication was very poor, had a long wait just for someone to open a door is unacceptable. It's the attitude above it all that gets me. The AC in the room did not work well and leaking each day. The bathtub drainage is also poor. Overall the best part of hotel is the beach.

The property was well kept but the rooms had a sewer smell. The sinks were always stopped up. The shower was not working with the water coming from the shower.

Beach was beautiful. Staff super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean. Overall, hotel is very dated and could use a good Reno.
