I have stayed here multiple times. The front desk was not friendly. She checked us in early, however, it seemed like we were putting her out. No smile Not friendly so a bit disappointing. Our checkout girl was warm, friendly and very kind. I understand when you arrive early you can’t always have a room. It would have been fine had that been the case. I have done this job, I know it can be challenging. I have other options to stay in the Windsor area. I probably will look elsewhere next visit.

Hi Bernadette, This must be for the wrong hotel. We are in Bridgetown. We had a long chat about where to go, where to eat and what to do upon check in. You were excited to go to the Annapolis Winter market and shared you were thinking of moving back this way. It was me both times check in and check out. There was a good continental breakfast. The exterior of the building was very unappealing. We had to clean urine stains from the floor and wall in the very tiny toilet/shower room. The room didn't even have a coffee maker. Wifi was unreliable. And we were greeted by a rat by our car that ran toward the office after we checked out. This all came at a cost of $224 (taxes in) for the night.

This mid century modern Inn has been upgraded extensively over the past year inside the rooms. The exterior was prepped for painting, scraped and power washed for this summer, but due to the heavy rains we lost our window of opportunity. The exterior will be completed 2024 now, and unfortunately we have to live with this look til then. There are three adults on site at all times to take care of your needs. We really appreciate when people reach out to us when they are here with any problem at all so we can address it. I find it patently unfair that even though on check in we make a real point of encouraging any feed back or needs that require attention in real time from our guests that some, like yourself would rather take it home with you and post it on social media. The floors are washed with every change of guest. Our cleaning staff would have been happy to take care of this for you. We have records of who did the rooms and if you provide us with the room you were in we can talk directly with that person.This property is located in a rural farming community and is located on several acres of property and bound by a forest to the east, south and west of us.There is an abundance of wildlife here. We have a number of squirels, chipmunks, cats, crows, racoons, blue jays, cardinals, but rats, not so much, however again we would have appreciated knowing about it while you were here.I am sorry you and your girlfriend who left the review below decided after trying to sneak out without paying to seek some kind of revenge in this manner.To be sure you are well remembered for your poor behaviour and on our black list of clients not welcome back.This is a home to us.Again

Outdated, fridge made high pitch sound, shower was dirty or rough looking, walls are thin. Very overpriced for what it is.

Guest needs are the first and foremost concern here at the Bridgetown Motor Inn. Upon check in we request that if you have any issues at all big or small that we have three adults on site to take care of your concerns. The fridges are new, along with the entire renovation of the hotel rooms over the past year. The walls are concrete block covered with insulation and drywall, so they are quite sound proofed. The outdoor corridor walk way by the windows does let sound in. If anything was of concern for you we would so have appreciated knowing about it in advance so we could take care of you, not afterwards on social media. Nothing we can do now.

There was rats all around vehicles and inside was not clean definitely not worth the price. When confronted k was told the rats aren’t there problem and they would leave my stuff outside and I could stay elsewhere. This was happening day of a wedding I was in, cops had to be involved as she stole my shoes out of my car and then blocked the car in.

Travelled across Canada by motorcycle, Lorrie was a wonderful host, room was clean bed was comfortable Staff were very helpful ( Sandra ) Thanks for a good stay, would stay again
