I booked my rooms over a month out, they were nonrefundable but I have had this same situation to happen before several times and all the properties allowed me to cancel since it was so far out, they did not! I even stayed at another Hampton just in a different location! Just did not expect this from the Hilton brand and was disappointed and lost a lot of money!

Thank you for the review. Nonrefundable is just that. I recommend not booking nonrefundable if there is a chance you may need to cancel. It is a company policy and these policies vary property to property.
