I absolutely loved the check in person on duty. So friendly and welcoming! Our one night stay was very nice.

I was charged extra for supposedly having more people in my room than it was booked. My 15 year daughters went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool and our room. They said they wanted 8 towels. They somehow took that to mean their were 8 people staying in our room. When they came to my room to ask me how many guest were in the room and i told them 5. They wouldnt listen to the adult, and keep saying she said 8. Then try to say that my daughters should have been charged as adults. Even though i booked the room for 1 adult and 4 kids, giving their ages 16 and under. So they knew their aging when i booked the room and gave me my price. When i asked to talk to the manager he was "unavailable" and was told that the supervisor will call me. Still waiting on that phone call.

The refrigerator didn't work and nothing to hang your clothes on in bathroom, otherwise it was convenient.

Blood and urine stains on a mattress. Showed me 2 other rooms. That had dirty sheets.

The rooms are outdated, needs new carpet and some minor updates. I ended up checking out early due to getting bite by bed bugs. The front desk staff James was friendly and nice and mentioned the situation to the general manager who has agreed to refund the two last stays. Days inn requested for me to call expedia for a refund and said that they will approve the request when expedia calls, however, they have been dodging the call and would not answer. The facility was fully aware of the bed bug situation since they relocated our friends room to a different room during the stay and there were staffs who were building bed frames to be replaced for all room on the 2nd floor. They even mentioned that the bed bugs were hidding in the bed headboard and the manager came up with a spray to spray the room when we were getting ready to leave.

Room was quite large, for the price, clean and easy to get to. Breakfast was good as well. The staff was really helpful with whatever we needed.

This property is in terrible shape. Even though we booked 2 rooms at the same time, the rooms were on 2 separate floors. Rooms were very sparsely decorated/did not look at all like the photos online/rooms were dirty; minimal towels supplied; no bedside lamps; very small pillows/ did not use bathtub or shower due to uncleanliness/got bugbites after short time sitting in room. If this is a Wyndham property, we certainly expected so much better. Breakfast was provided but due to cleanliness issues in the breakfast room, we only had coffee. We were very disappointed with this hotel stay. We would like Wyndham owners to respond to our review.

Advertising a pool which had no water! Paid for a jacuzzi room but it was broke! Furniture was damaged and couch was stained.
